Dubai: Parkin rolls out parking subscription from Dh250
Monthly and annual plans now available for Dubai Hills, Karama, Silicon Oasis and more
DUBAI: Residents across Dubai now have the option to subscribe to monthly parking packages starting from Dh250, following a major announcement by Parkin, the city’s public parking operator.
Revealed via official social media, the rollout introduces flexible, prepaid plans for areas managed by Parkin – aimed at eliminating daily payments and reducing fines for overstaying.
Parkin’s new subscription model is designed to bring convenience to motorists who rely heavily on public parking. Once subscribed, drivers won’t need to track parking durations or make individual payments. The service is particularly beneficial for those in high-density residential or business zones.
Subscription locations
Subscriptions are available across key neighbourhoods:
- Wasl Real Estate Zones W and WP, which include areas like Al Karama, Al Qusais, and Al Kifaf, offer the most affordable option: Dh300 per month, or Dh2,800 for the year.
- Dubai Hills, including public parking Zone 631G, starts at Dh500 monthly.
- Silicon Oasis – Zone H subscriptions begin at Dh1,400 for three months, going up to Dh4,500 annually.
- Silicon Oasis (Limited Area) is slightly more affordable at Dh1,000 for three months and Dh2,500 for the year.
- Roadside and plot parking across Zones A, B, C and D start at Dh500 per month.
- Plot-only parking (Zones B and D) begins at Dh250 monthly, with potential savings up to 48% over time.
How to subscribe
To subscribe, users must visit parkin.ae/subscription or use the Parkin app:
- Select the area and preferred subscription type (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
- Log in via Parkin account, UAE Pass, or as a guest.
- Enter personal and vehicle details, choose the duration, and pay online.
Only one vehicle per subscription can be active at a time, though up to three can be registered per Dubai traffic file. Vehicle switching is permitted every 30 minutes. For non-Dubai traffic files or corporate vehicles, only one can be linked.

More details & tariff updates
Parkin has also adjusted its citywide parking tariff structure. Premium areas, now labelled AP, BP, CP, and DP, charge Dh6 per hour during peak hours: 8–10 AM and 4–8 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays.
All subscription fees include 5% VAT and are generally non-refundable – except when cancelled within 48 hours. A Dh100 fee applies to modify vehicle information, and downgrading to plot-only access is not allowed.
